Easy Squash Saute
1 large squash
a few squirts of lemon juice or vinegar
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
sea salt
pepper
Instructions:
Slice squash into cubes or circles.
Mix well wit ingredients.
Saute in skillet for a few minutes.
Do not overcook. Bite should be firm, yet tender.
