So the average life expectancy in the USA is around 77.
But we are not on the number one spot....

A few things that contribute to life expectancy are: education, environmental factors--natural disasters, quality of life, and of course---LIFESTYLE...
Andorra is said to be:

Lets keep things in perspective--if you have access to good health care, and have the education which allows you to know how to live HEALTHFULLY...you should be in a good state--no matter where you live. Of course genetics is also a big part of this puzzle.
ONE IMPORTANT NOTE: LIFESTYLE
Lifestyle is VERY important to living a long happy life. The tips and tricks are nothing revolutionary, but very important none the less...:
*eat a diet rich in whole grains, veggies, fruits, healthy oils, lean complete proteins and fiber.
*get exercise.
*chill out....stop stressing and start relaxing. Our society is addicted to high intensity situations--try chilling out A LOT.
*SLEEP. You really need to get at least 8 hours each night to be a healthy balanced person.
*breath clean air and drink clean water. Make sure you get some fresh air--and the water you drink is rich in minerals and electrolytes--and not anything dangerous like pollutants.
*Do what makes you happy: Keep your zest for life by choosing a job and lifestyle that MAKES YOU HAPPY. Money is never a substitute for health and happiness...so if you are stuck in a job rut--re-evaluate!
*Keep your loved ones near: Have someone you love near by... a spouse, kids, a pet, parents, friends...people in your life should be about QUALITY NOT QUANTITY.
....Just breath and listen to your body and spirit--it will usually let you know what it needs to live a long life...if you only take the moment to listen...
